2. Data we collect

• Contact requests: name, email, company (optional) and message contents when you use the form or email us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information and basic usage logs created for operations and security.
• Cookies: we use a simple language cookie (lang) to remember NO/EN preference.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Responding to inquiries and providing proposals/follow-up (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and/or 6(1)(f)).
• Security, troubleshooting and operations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary for operations (e.g., hosting, email provider) or when legally required.

5. Retention

Inquiries are retained as long as needed to handle the matter and relevant follow-up, and to meet documentation requirements. Server logs are typically retained for a limited time for operations and security.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, as well as restriction or objection where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

7. TrotTracker and ConsultShop
